Our 70+ route miles of redundant optics connect Baltimore City Government, Universities, Hospitals, Banks, Brokerage Firms, and Tier-1 Service Providers. Our commercial engineers have expertise supporting customer cloud migrations to include AWS EC2 and S3 services in both fully hosted and hybrid cloud deployments.

    Brad Kessler

    Chief Technology Officer

    Brad is a network architect and systems engineer with experience designing complex multi-layer network solutions. His career focuses on designing highly available global network backbones that drive real-time mission operations which support the US DoD and Intel Community. Brad's experience working with global service providers such as AT&T provided him the background and expertise to design and operate large-scale optical backbones, service provider networks, cloud-based computing solutions, and cybersecurity solutions. Brad brings unparalleled technical expertise and vision to any endeavor.

    Josh Scott

    Chief Operations Officer

    A data center designer and physical layer architect with over 30 years' experience designing and building high-performance data centers, Josh is a subject matter expert who builds teams to ensure Visionary is on the cutting edge of technology. Josh began his career as a US Army Language Analyst assigned to the National Security Agency, and used his experience as a user of IC mission tools to pivot to building and designing the technology to optimize their performance. Josh is an expert in executing large-scale multi-million dollar infrastructure projects on time and under budget, known for his ability to maximize designs to optimize performance within specialized environments.
